Tanya is a Licensed Social Worker who provides a supportive and solution-focused space for adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. She incorporates mindful meditation, psychoeducation, and strengths-based strategies to help clients manage stress, build resilience, and foster deeper self-awareness.

With experience in both clinical and community mental health settings, Tanya has worked extensively with individuals managing mood disorders, grief and bereavement, and work-life balance struggles. She is passionate about helping clients explore the connections between their past experiences and present challenges, guiding them toward greater self-understanding and emotional well-being.

Tanya has a special interest in supporting adults who feel stuck, unseen, or disconnected, providing a compassionate space where they can process their emotions and regain a sense of confidence. She also speaks Russian and has experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, honoring the unique experiences that shape each client’s journey. Additionally, she has experience working with ADHD and neurodivergent clients, as well as supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in developing interpersonal skills.

Tanya believes in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, empowering space where they can process their experiences, gain insight, and move forward with confidence. She values authenticity and self-compassion in the therapeutic journey, helping individuals reconnect with their strengths and create meaningful change.

When Tanya is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, family, and close friends. She looks forward to traveling and taking day trips to New York, where she can experience different cultures and various types of cuisines. Tanya incorporates working out and mindfulness into her daily routine and enjoys going on walks, listening to music and podcasts, and reading books by a variety of authors. She particularly enjoys psychological thrillers and books by Malcolm Gladwell.
