EMDR Therapy in South Jersey
So here you go again. . . starting therapy another time. You wrestle with difficult emotions, like rage, chronic anxiety, loneliness, or depression. Perhaps you find yourself repeating the same patterns in your relationships, or you struggle with relationships all together. You’ve tried talk therapy before and attempted to use cognitive behavioral interventions, yoga, meditation, and even considered or are taking medication. Despite some of this being helpful (or none of it), there are things blocking you from moving forward. There is a heaviness in your heart and a frustration that goes along with it. You hold negative beliefs about yourself like: I’m not worthy. I’m a failure. I’m unlovable. I will never feel safe. You may even be experiencing physical and medical problems like a weak immune system or an autoimmune disorder, poor sleep, headaches, or chronic pain.
