Ellen is a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey and Delaware, with over 10 years of experience in the field. Ellen earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutger’s University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Penn State University. She is also working towards becoming a Certified Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher through the Sakala School of Integrative Teaching, expanding her skills in mind-body techniques that promote holistic healing.
Ellen’s diverse experience, from traditional therapeutic settings to integrative practices, allows her to create a space that feels both safe and rich with possibility.
