Groups are a powerful way to grow, learn new skills, and connect with others. With topics such as mindfulness, stress management, motherhood, self-care, and compassion, we have groups available for women of all ages and walks of life.

Brilliant and Resilient for Tweens
Join the Brilliant and Resilient group, for ages 12-14, for a focus on Self-image, Healthy Relationships, Problem Solving Skills, Healthy Boundaries, Communication Styles (Assertive, Aggressive and Passive), Vision Board development, Ways to Manage Difficult Emotions, held for 6 weeks on Monday evenings in person with Lia Stiles !
Being a tween can be an exciting and adventurous time. It can also be incredibly overwhelming and stressful at times. Navigating friendships, trying new things, self-esteem, and self-discovery can add more stress during a time where a lot of changes may already be happening. If your tween is having difficulty identifying or handling emotions, self-confidence, navigating peer relationships, and experiencing low moods or anxiety, they could benefit from finding success and empowerment through Self-Compassion, Real-Life Coping Strategies, and Creative Self-Expression.
Creating an Empowered Foundation
Brilliant & Resilient is a 6 week group for tweens ages 12-14 that focuses on building self-compassion by connecting with self and others. Through meaningful interactions with peers and with the guidance of a passionate professional, group members can learn to communicate more effectively, understand and cope with emotional experiences, and nurture self-love. These skills lead to better decision-making, increased confidence, and ultimately: an Empowered Foundation for your tween to continue building upon!
Join Lia for Brilliant and Resilient on Monday evenings starting May 2 through June 13th, from 7:15pm-8:15 PM.
Cost is $50 per session (1 hour), or Covered by Insurance

Mindful Self Compassion for Moms
Join the Mindful Self Compassion for Moms group to explore how to be a Mindful and Self Compassionate mom! Held for 6 weeks, on Tuesday evenings in person with Brittany Bowers!
Being a mom, whether new or ‘seasoned’, can be an incredible, exciting, and extremely stressful time. Navigating the constant demands of responsibilities can be overwhelming and exhausting. Using the Mindful Self-Compassion approach, based on the book and workbook by Dr. Kristen Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer, this group will be intended for moms in all stages (pregnancy, new, or 'seasoned' mamas).
This group focuses on developing powerful tools for coping with life challenges and enhancing emotional well-being. We will explore techniques to increase mindfulness, self-compassion, and self-acceptance, qualities that often prove to be difficult especially in motherhood.
Join Brittany in Mindful Self-Compassion for Moms, a 6 week therapy group, to focus on cultivating self-compassion in motherhood on Tuesday evenings starting May 3, from 6:30-8 PM.
