She draws on strategies from Motivational Interviewing to support her clients in exploring barriers to change and helps them navigate toward growth and insight. Lia is passionate about bringing body-based and neurobiological processes into session, helping her clients gain a better understanding of the underlying causes of their emotional responses.
During her free time, Lia enjoys teaching and taking yoga classes, and spending time connecting with friends and family. Lia has a passion for creating art and reading, as well as discovering new places and good food. She is always on the hunt for new crystals and new tarot decks.
When you start to feel like things should have been better this year, remember the mountains and valleys that got you here. They are not accidents and those moments weren’t in vain. You are not the same; you have grown and you are growing. You are breathing, you are living. You are wrapped in endless, boundless grace. And things will get better. There is more to you than yesterday.
