In this 6 week series, we will be exploring:

– Thriving at work & structuring work-life balance
– Discovering and reconnecting to your inner-sanctuary
Our curriculum for this sereis will be drawing from the works of Judith Orloff (Thriving as an Empath) and Elaine Aron (The Highly Sensitive Person).
