Untying the Knot is an 8 week therapeutic group created for women struggling with the emotional effects of divorce/separation facilitated by Lara Farrokh. This group provides a supportive and therapeutic environment for you to turn inward and begin to create a sense of balance in your life.

8 Week Series Begins: September 14th!

Held Weekly on Tuesdays: 7-8:30pm

Location: Virtual via Zoom

This 8 week group series is billed at $75 per week or some insurance plans accepted (Aetna/Cigna).
