Mindful Soul is excited to present a pop up art gallery, The Couch From Here.

Featuring artwork by Heather McPaul, MS LPC, NCC, this unique event will highlight the power of expressive arts while de-stigmatizing and promoting awareness around mental health issues.

When: Saturday, May 18th from 1 pm to 5 pm, drop in at a time convenient for you
