Mindfulness-based coping skills can help your teen feel more balanced and grounded!
This 6 Week Program Focuses On:
- Balancing the challenges of stress and anxiety
- Bringing mindful awareness to difficult emotions and changing moods
- Increasing skills that promote focus, compassion, and presence.

Who: Grades 9-12, All Genders
When: Meets Twice Per week: Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:30pm-4pm
