Caitlin Ware is currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Drake University. She earned her undergraduate degree from Rowan University and has since cultivated extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across various clinical settings.

Caitlin’s approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, respect, and individualized care, drawing on person-centered principles. She integrates cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, and emotion-focused techniques to help clients navigate challenges and build meaningful solutions. Caitlin also incorporates art and play therapy into her work, offering expressive and developmentally appropriate methods for clients of all ages. With specialized training in exposure-based treatments for anxiety and OCD—including over 20 hours of training in exposure and response prevention—she has developed significant expertise in supporting clients managing these concerns.

Caitlin’s passion lies in empowering clients to unlock their potential and lead fulfilling lives. She is particularly interested in working with women and girls of all ages, supporting them as they navigate cultural, interpersonal, and life transition challenges. Her clinical interests include neurodivergence, anxiety disorders, trauma, grief, family-of-origin challenges, and disordered eating. Dedicated to a mindful and holistic approach to therapy, Caitlin strives to foster an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

In addition to her clinical training, Caitlin brings a unique perspective to her work through her previous career in communications, marketing, and journalism. Her expertise in writing, editing, and project management enhances her therapeutic practice, enabling her to maintain clear client communication, and effective therapeutic goal management.
