Stress Management and Mindfulness Workshop
Building Blocks of Balance

Participants should be prepared to challenge their definition of “balance,” get ready to assess their stress, and learn how mindfulness tools can help them tune into their inner wisdom. This informative and fun one hour workshop will send participants home with some easy to use tools to start living more mindfully, manage stress more effectively, and set up the foundation for a more balanced self.
This workshop is available to community agencies, schools, or businesses that want to help their staff and/or consumers to embrace wellness and self-care. It is a refreshing change of pace for those in helping professions such as teachers or medical professionals as well as a useful and fun workshop to offer PTA parents.
